General Policy
Due to the energetic, time-based, and transformational nature of our services, including coaching, programs, digital content, and community access, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specifically stated in writing.
We believe in honoring the commitment you make to your personal growth, and we honor the time and energy invested in preparing, delivering, and holding space for each participant.
Exceptions
A refund or credit may be available only when clearly stated within the description of a particular offering or program. Please read each offering carefully before purchasing.
For example:

If a refund is offered for a course, it will be clearly mentioned in the course page, program email, or enrollment terms.

If a payment plan includes specific cancellation conditions, they will be stated up front before purchase.
Rescheduling & Credits
If you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session or event, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling options may be available at our discretion.
In cases of emergency or unforeseen events, a credit toward a future service may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
